How Does It Actually Work?

OdorGo Plugin is excellent at removing the smell of cigarette smoke because it specifically targets the tiny particles that carry that strong odor.

Here is how the ionizer deals with cigarette smoke:

  1. Smoke Particles: The heavy, lingering smell of cigarette smoke is carried by extremely tiny, airborne solid particles (like soot) and complex gas molecules released when tobacco burns. These particles are very light and stay floating in the air for a long time.
  2. The Ion Bombardment: The purifier shoots out its negative ions (invisible, negatively charged particles). These ions quickly stick to the tiny, floating smoke particles and odor molecules, giving them a negative charge too.
  3. Getting Grounded: The smoke particles, now electrically charged, become attracted to nearby neutral surfaces, like your walls, ceiling, or floor. Since they are attracted to these surfaces, they stop floating in the air you breathe and drop out onto the surfaces of the room.
  4. No More Floating Odor: Because the particles that carried the strong smoke smell have been physically pulled out of the air and grounded onto a surface, the air is left smelling much fresher.
